Also I ve occasionally gotten this really weird feeling in my anus/sphincter where it feels like the muscle intensely retracts ( the muscle you would use to hold it in). It seems to usually happen when passing gas and is kind of scary when happens. I ve also been having occasional aching around my lower back right above the tailbone. But that s about it. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* The presentation of narrated symptoms suggest that there is strong suspicious of calculus in the urinary system with referred symptoms of constipation via pain associated spasm.
* I would strongly recommend to get prescription of an ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis for final diagnosis and further management.
* Till that time, drink plenty of liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
