I awoke the other morning with a dark spot on my lower lip. I don't smoke, drink coffee and have a glass of wine seldom. I am an African American female, 36 years old and this is really bothering me as my lips are one of my many features that I love. I naturally have pink lips with no dark areas at all. Also I drink 3-4 liters of water a day and never use old lipsticks as well. Please help.
