What Could Cause Convulsions And Discharge Of Froth From Nose In A Child?

My 3 year old son gets convulsions and froth comes through his nose. This recently started and so far he has had this attach twice. Doctors did tests and the results were clear. What could this be Doctor. Is it anything to do with diety.
