What Could Cause Breathing Difficulty?

Hi, I m an 18yo male, I was recently goofing around, fluxuating my voice from normal to deep, and it seems my adam s apple may have gotten mixed up or something, perhaps as if I had done it too much and now it is hard to breathe an my throat feels very strange as if my adam s apple is pushing against it.
