What Could Cause Breathing Difficulty While Doing Strenuous Activities?

i am 44 years old, working in bank from last three to four months i am suffering from lungs problem, when i do some physical work like walking or stair case my breathing is fast, i believe that in my lungs cough has been sticky in lungs, my weight is 55 kg. and height is 5.5".

Thanks for your query.
You may have adult onset asthma, COPD or anxiety disorders along with some heart problems espcially ischemic heart disease. You need to consult a pulmonologist soon and go for the following investigations urgently -
1. Chest X-ray PA view
2. ECG in all leads or stress test if needed
3. Fasting blood sugar, Post-prandial blood sugar and lipid profile
4. Spirometry with bronchodialator reversibility
I think with these tests you will get an answer to your problems.
