What Could Cause Bad Mouth Taste In A 5 Years Old Child?
My 5 year old daughter has been complaining that she has a bad taste in her mouth for the last few weeks. She eats normally most of the time, but occasionally can t eat because of this taste in her mouth. Is this something I should be concerned about?

HI...usually bad taste in the mouth is drug related, like Metronidazole which is commonly prescribed for diarrhea (but usually not indicated). You need check her latest prescriptions if this is so.
It could also be due to dental caries. If suggest you get in touch with her dentist regarding this.
If everything is normal - do not worry about her not eating well as the growth and devlopment and activity of a kid are more important than appetite.
