What Could Cause Back Pain With Breathing Difficulty?

I m having a really bad pain in the right side of the middle part of my back, well it s close to the bottom part of my ribs and it s getting so bad that it s taking my breath away and it makes me bend over really fast and I have to keep taking deep breaths to get my breathing back on track. I m wondering what this could be
