Hello,

Gluten intolerance may lead to bloating and pain abdomen. Ringing in the ears may be due to eustachian tube block or allergy or infection.

Bloating may be due to gastritis or peptic ulcer disease or food intolerance. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
