What Could Cause A Soreness Of Nipples?

My nipples have been sore for over a week now and my feet have been swollen for the last two days. I had my period last in June at the end into the beginning of July. I did not get it again at any time in July, and I spotted one day this month. Am I pregnant?

Hi,
Its important you do a pregnancy test. If its negative, then this could occur due to hormonal imbalance which should be checked out.
