What Could Cause A Pain On The Right Hand Side Of The Upper Chest?

hi my name is John i`m currently experiencing a sharp consistent pain in my upper chest on the right hand side just below the shoulder now I do workout and do a lot of upper body work I was just wondering if I have maybe pulled a muscle or something can you please help ??? thankyou in advance

Hi i read your query very carefully.

Your problems seems more related to musculosceletal "trauma" during exercise, so i recommend to treat it with NSAID ointment uch as voltaren.
