What Could Cause A Feel Of Toxicity In Body ?

Im on alprazolam .25mg and Ive been eating grapefruit every morning, Ive been feeling toxic, and just read that I should not be eating it. I also take several other meds that also say the same thing. Is there something I can do to Help conteract the effects, Im feeling very toxic. Thank you for your help.
