Hi,

I think, probably you may be having thickening, hardness and fissures of skin of palms and sole. It may be palmoplanter keratoderma. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply salicylic acid containing oint. Apply fucidic acid cream on fissures and sores. Avoid soap contacts while bathing. Keep the hands and feet covered. Take vitamin E and A Capsules for the long time.

Hope this helps.
