What Could Bumps On Butt Cheek With Swelling Suggest?

About two days ago I notice a small bump on the right side of my butt cheeks I put a little pressure and it didn t bust at that time. It started sweeling and given me pain even when I m waking and especially siting down When I got out the shower yesterday the bump busted on its own I woke up the morning and it was bleeding spots on my panties and still swollen and won t stop bleeding

HI.
This is a typical presentation of the boil turning into abscess which got burst on it own.
Nothing serious about the bleeding and swelling. Get a proper antibiotic cover, anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen, sterile dressings to be changed twice a day and you will be fine.
On a safety, consult a General Surgeon to see if this is a part of a Pilonidal sinus or a fistula-in-ano.
