What Could Bowels With Intestinal Inflammation Suggest?

Hi,I am a 34 year old mother of six. I have been suffering all year with stomach and bowel issues, which have taken me to the ER twice. I feel sick to my stomach, have horrible lower pain, sometime diarrhea, hot sweats, dizzy spells when these episodes occur. MRI showed right intestinal inflammation. Today the nurse said the sweat and fainting could be the something vagus nerve - I wanted to look it up. I am still waiting to see GI to get to the bottom of this re occurring problem. Thoughts? and Thanks

Firstly I'd like to say that the MRI conclusion of right intestinal inflamation should be clarified in "the future" and a colonoscopy is the most appropriate exam to plan. Meanwhile clinically I see more the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome in your health confessions. Anywhere I don't see a urgency to antecipate your date with the gastrohepatologist, while you can begin taking Bioflor as a probiotic and Duspatalin Retard as an antispastic.
