What Could Bloodshot Eyes With Pimple On Eyelash, indicate?

hello
just today (after coming back from the gym) i noticed one of my eyes was little bloodshot closer to the pupil than the corner. then i noticed a tiny little pimple on my top eyelash line and maybe one on the bottom (but hard to tell). is this a stye? or not related issues? i shower and wash regularly but not sure if i rubbed my eye at the gym or with towel (supposed to be clean) at the gym.

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM.

I would keep a possibility of a Stye here. You need an oral antibiotic for a week along with an antibiotic eye ointment at night and eye drops 3-4 times a day for a faster resolution.

An OTC anti-inflammatory and pain killer like ibuprofen would help you overcome the discomfort.

take care
regards
