What Could Be Wrong If Having Pain In Chest Which Hurts To Breath Deeply?

Chest pains
I have had a pain     in my chest, going on two days. No signs of heart attack. Its a pain, rated a 4. Its between my breasts. If I breathe deeply pain increases to a 6-7. Same pain when I raise my voice, cougg, sneeze, bend over, pick things up or reach for things. On second day I developed a popping feeling-when doing the above mentioned, adding rolling over in bed is an added pain. Often feeling weakened on this second day. As if I could lay down and sleep (nap) often. With no signs making me think this is my heart I am putting off going to hospital. I just want advice and or to know what is going on.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
The way you are describing your pain is more suggestive of pleuritic pain.
And most common cause for this is lung infection. So first get done chest x ray to rule out lung infection.
If chest x ray is normal then possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
So avoid movements causing pain.
Avoid bad postures in sleep. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Start painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
