What Could Be White Discharge Out After Flatulent ?

I have a question, this happened randomly to me the other day and is a little embarrassing. But I was out after having a few beers and I happened to become flatulent which doesn't happen to me often when drinking beers, but I let out some gas and i ended up letting out some clear/white discharge. Any idea on what that could be?

is mucus discharge per rectum may be associated with proctitis or some
anal sexual activity .
