What Could Be The White Wiggling Particle In The Stools?

So, I had a baby 2 months ago. I have been a bit constipated, I feel like I have to go and nothing comes out. Finally, today I had a bowel movement and just looked in the toilet afterward and saw a long stringy thing that was white and wiggling???? It was like a glob on top and had some strings hanging from the bottom that were wiggling?? Totally freaked out and not sure what this could be.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Get it done stool for microscopy and culture. Take high fiber diet and avoid processed sugar.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
