What Could Be The Strange Pulsating Feeling In Right Thigh?
Over the past few days or so I've noticed a strange pulsating feeling in my right thigh (right of center about 6 inches above knee). It isn't painful, but it is strange in that there is no regular rhythm to it. There is also a mild numbing sensation like my thy is waking up from being asleep but never quite does. It comes and goes throughout the day, sometimes it's pretty active other times not. I would describe it almost like a jello type substance is being squeezed through my thigh. Also, I don't think it's a muscle twitch, since it feels very deep and I don't see my leg moving.
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it appears to be the tetany, due to the defeciency of the calcium, or electrolytes. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms diclophenac sodium, calcium , vitamin D, and oral electrolyte liquids. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good recovery, and resistance . wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
