What Could Be The Small Painless Bump On Top Of Shoulder With No Change In Size?

I noticed a small bump on the top of my shoulder by the joint that connects it to the torso, I first mistook it for a pimple without a white head until it decided to stick around for about four months now. It doesn't hurt unless I try to squeeze it like a pimple, it hasn't increased or decreased in size , I lift and exercise frequently and it doesn't seem to affect it at all, what is this bump? should I be concerned?

How hard it is ? I mean is it like stone than it can be a growth of bone. Or it is soft and doughy than it can be collection of fat. I would recommend you to get an x ray and ulltrasonography for that part. Some time these swelling can be serious.
