What Could Be The Reason For Trouble Swallowing Saliva With A Constant Urge To Do So ?

It feels like I am having trouble swallowing my saliva and constantly feel like I have to swallow because of this. I also burped one time and it felt like a piece of food came back up into my throat. Just wondering what this may be? YYYY@YYYY

Whenever there is congestion in throat can cause a feeling of uneasiness will cause constant feelings to swallow saliva giving soothening effect hence pl take proper treatment and b ok
