Hello, my name is Bambi and yesterday I started to have a pain in my lft shoulder blade which doesn't hurt when moving or rotating my shoulder but when I move my neck from side to side or even down the pain is almost paralyzing. I soaked in a hot tub with Epsom Salt which seemed to give me a little relief but today seems to be a lot worse! I had someone from work message it for me today and when they did, we could feel a huge knot about the size of a plumb which seemed to move or as the girls said cracked and popped! I am currently laying on a heating pad, but cant seem to get any relief. I have taken 800mg of Moltrin with no relief and a Goodys powder with no relief. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
