What Could Be The Reason For Having Knee Pain And Swelling After A Fall?

well I m 15 now but last year i fell on my knee at practice, i was in so much pain, that i could walk at all i had to be lifted of the court, it was swollen and i couldn t move on it, as my mom took me to the hospital , the sent me out to see a specialist , they did the x ray and said that they didn t see anything but i was still in so much pain they didntr give me anything cause they said that i didn t tear my acl or mcl, but i have pain in my knee after every jump of fall, i don t know why i keep having this pain

Since the bony injuries have been ruled out, a soft tissue injury is likely. You need to avoid massaging the area and take a mild pain killer for relief. Avoid putting weight. Do a cold compress on the area of injury.
