What Could Be The Reason For Having Headaches, Light Headedness And Losing My Balance?

I think I have meningitis. My headaches have been building in pressure since 10am yesterday and have not gone away, They get worse when I get up and begin to move around, I get agitated very easily now, I have trouble staying awake during the day no matter how much sleep I have had and even with my Adderall XR 25mg prescription I almost fall asleep wherever I go. I have a small fever of about and I get lightheaded through out the day and have lost my balance a couple of times without any warning.

Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
It appears that it is tension head ache, or cluster headache.
It usually happens due to the anxiety, or the tensions.
It also may be due to the sinusitis, may be frontal, or maxillary.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and fruits, and juices, when the problem is there.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein
rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
