Hi I have gone to doctor to day for I have just returned from phuket Thailand have been not well for 5 days
He is doing blood test urine test now I am at home I going to toilet and my stool has lots of blood in it should

Noted the history of having blood in stool after returning from Phuket, Thailand, not well since then hence the Doctor asked for investigations of blood and urine test.
Surely yes, go back to the Doctor, also get the stool sample to get investigated.
You may need a course of an antibiotic and metronidazole. Addition of Probiotics, banana, curds/yogurt can helps early recovery.
