I m 20 years old and have never had migraines until about 4 months ago. I seem to be getting them about twice a well or more, and they come on extremely fast (within minuets) are pretty intense. Any help as to why this might be happening?

I recommend you to go to a physician or neurologist [specialist physicians who see neurological patients] who can DIAGNOSE your headache. Every headache is not migraine & vice versa. After a proper diagnosis, if required you may be put on prophylactic therapy. Episodic therapy may be required at the time of migraine attack, but usually prophylaxis of migraine is very effective. Good luck.
