What Could Be The Lump With Pus On Armpit?

lump on armpit that is really after days of getting loads of pus out its really painful my girlfriend tried getting out what we perceived 2 be a ingrown hair due 2 the fact of black dots tried with a tweezers but its still sore she reckons there is something under the skin it really smells when the pus is squeezed out any ideas
