What Could Be The Hard, Movable Lump On Lower Back?

I have a hard lump that is movable on my lower left back. It is not painful. When I stand straight up I do not feel a lump. But when I bend forward or in certain directions I am able to feel it. It is circular, and about the size of a dime. What could it be?

HI.
This is either a lipoma or a sebaceous cyst.
It is better to get this removed (excised) for 2 reasons.
1> your get rid of the disease and
2> you get the histopathological diagnosis- makes you tension-free that it is not a cancer.
