What Could Be The Feeling Of Pea Stuck In Throat Which Goes Away While Swallowing?

I have a really bad cold so I m coughing almost nonstop. My throat us raw from all the deep chest coughing to try to bring up phlegm. What exactly is the thing at the front of my throat down below my uvula that feels like a little pea stuck there- it almost goes away when I swallow?

Thank you for writing to Health Care Magic

I have gone through your question and I feel that you have a throat infection. A throat infection usually occurs due to the Streptococcal group of bacteria. This bacteria causes the phlegm and the coughing that you are having.

Since you are coughing a lot of phlegm, you will need to see a Doctor to take antibiotics. These antibiotics will fight off the infection.

Along with this, you should gargle your throat and drink lots of water.
Take 5 ml of Ascoril Syrup 2 to 3 times a day will also help soothe the throat.

Do these things and then follow up after 4 days.
All the best.
