Hi, i am now suffering from severe akin reaction, the reasons might be one of these: I applied lemon juice on my leg for the first time, since people said it s good for exfoliation, the next day I ve been exposed to sunlight and that night my leg started to feel itchy. It s beena week now and the itchiness have not yet subside. Please help me on how can I stop the itchiness.

lemon is a natural bleaching agent...as it quenches the melanin in your skin you need more sunprotection after its application than usual....you most probably have a sunburn....dont panic apply a good sunscreen with SPF30 or more before going out and apply a mid potent steroid like momate cream twice daily for a week along with oral antihistamine..i would help
