General Surgeon 's  Response
HI. If you are embarrassed , forget about the correct treatment. Any disease is well diagnosed only by visual inspection.
Let us see what are the possible causes.
The first id the intestinal infection giving itching in anal area, the bumps could have been secondary to the itching you would have done during sleep.
It is better to take antibiotics before complications occur and these are prescription medicines so better to see the Doctor .
Is there any history of passing worms in the stool?
