Hello,

Pain in the corners (side) of the eye is commonly due to inflammation or bacterial infection.

Others factors that may affect the eye is due to debris, foreign bodies, abrasion or injury, stye, Chalazion which is formed when one of the glands gets blocked.

Other serious medical conditions can be Uveitis or glaucoma.

You are suggested to get it physically examined. You may need antibacterial eye drops, oral analgesics, keep the eyes clean, a cold or warm compress may help, avoid touching the eyes.

Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
