What Could Be Causing Foul Odour From Hand Leading To Nausea?

I have a really weird smell coming from my left hand. I keep washing it, but the smell comes back. I smells like garbage or vomit. Which ever. The only other symptom I can think of is being a bit nauseated through out the day. But, I'm thinking its from the smell.

Hello,

Thank you for writing to HCM

Are you sweating too much (hyperhydrosis)?
Sweating with superadded infection may cause bad odour in hands(Bromidrosis).
Bad odour may come from products you might be handling (chemicals vegetables spices alcohol etc)
I would advice you to use hand sanitizer, gel type so your hand doesn't dry too much.
Wash your hand with antibacterial soap before and after food.
But don't keep washing your hand too many times.

If you still get the same symptoms I would advice you to meet doctor in person for further management.

Regards
