What Could Appearance Of Burn Marks On Face And Spine Indicate?

i have had two incidents where I have had these burn marks on my body. The first was one on the side of my face. I thought it was my flat iron but I hadn t used that in over a week. the second was four burn marks on my spine. what could this be from?

I really appreciate your concern, chances of viral infection is very likely and second it could be insect bite in either case "Diphenhydramine lotion" can be used for local application and if it fails to respond then clinical examination is must, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
