Was at dentist for routine screening . They used velscope light to look for possible oral cancers . A spot was seen on my soft palette . I am aware it's there. I was instructed to comeback in 2 weeks to see if its still there. Ended up being three d/t Christmas and their hours. Well... The spot is still there and now referred to an oral surgeon. Terrified!!!! I have a history of dry mouth auto immune disorder . They say is Ra but am asked on multiple occasions if I have lupus . Am I freaking our got nothing . Serious terrified. The spot does not hurt. Just like an irritation. Like a post nasal drip. Have to clear throat
