What Could A Painful Red Pimple With Red Circle Around It On Chest Indicate?

Hi, I have a what looks like to be a pimple on my chest. It used to have a white head but I popped it one day. Now it is red and hurts to touch and the skin surrounding it is a red circle. There are also many other pimples only in this small 4x4 inch square on my chest and no where else except my face. I m 18 and know acne is very common but I ve had this acne here for several months and acne usually goes away in a week or so for me. Thank you in advance!

Hi,

As per your query you painful red pimple with red circle around it on chest which occurs occur when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected.

I would suggest you to start with application of aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals. Avoid exposure to sunlight and keep areas clean and dry. Apply aloe vera gel to keep moist. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist once and get it examined, start treatment accordingly. Drink plenty of water.
