What Could A Mole Be With Numbness And Pain Just Below Shoulder Blade?

i have a mole on my back, just below my shoulder blade and an medium sized area around it feels numb to touch and it is painful to scratch. also, when i am leant over for a certain period of time my back begins to ache and feel numb too. what could it be?

Hello
Most moles are benign and should be looking for changes in the mole. The changes in the mole like increased in the size,abnormal surface, undefined margins,bleeding, painful and numbness.
As you are having numbness it is better to remove it and send it for biopsy and confirm what exactly it is.
So you need to consult your dermatologist for further examination and procedure of biopsy.
