What Clenching Of Chest When Excited Or Strained Indicate?
My heart feels like it's going to throw up. That is the best way I can describe it. If I like run or suddenly get excited, my chest does this clenchy thing that makes me feel sick. I don't even know how to explain it. I should probably go see a doctor right?

After exertion you have some form of discomfort in chest, so cardiac cause should be ruled out...
Your work up done with.....
-Auscultation
-Ecg
-Echo if needed
-Blood pressure measurement
-Tread mill test etc...
According to cause further treatment can be guided....
If no significant cause found than sometime stress can be leading factor...
