What Causes Yellow Watery Fluid Discharge From One Nostril?

I have recently had a cold and still have a slight cough after onset 2 weeks ago. Yesterday and again today I have have just a few drops of clear yellow watery fluid from only one side of my nose. I do have spinal back trouble so I am a bit concerned
