Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having a condition called as idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis.
My treatment advice is -
1. It is an age related change in skin. It is completely physiological condition.
2. It is not associated with any iron deficiency or other systemic disease.
3. You can apply a tacrolimus 0.03 % ointment on bigger spots for some repigmentation.

Thanks.
