What Causes Yellow Liquid Discharge From Socket Post Wisdom Teeth Removal?

I had swollen gums and it was really painful so I went to my dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed. (both the top and bottom on the side where I was having pain). Now I have yellow liquid coming lout of the socket. I was looking online and think that it might have been precoronitis that I had before I got my teeth removed. Now that I had them removed does it go away? Or should I go to my dentist for antibiotics? I m still having a bit of pain but not as bad as before I had it removed.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having some infection in the socket of removed wisdom teeth producing this type of discharge.
Wound is not healed completely.
You migh require one course of antibiotic medicine for 5-7 days.
Consult dentist and get examined.
Meanwhile do antiseptic gargles and go for gargling after taking any thing by mouth.
Ok and take care.
