What Causes Wrist Pain With Itching And Vein Bruising?

Hi. I was just sitting in my chair when I felt a little twinge of pain and a little itching on the inside of my wrist. I looked at it and it looked like my vein was swollen and now it looks bruised. It is sensitive to the touch??? No bumping was involved. Jackie

Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. It seems to be thrombophlebitis of one of the veins of your wrist. Thrombophobe gel local application will be helpful in relieving it. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be taken for pain relief. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then don't hesitate to write to us.
