What Causes Wrist Fracture With Elevated White Blood Cells?

I took my daughter to the er friday night she was in intense pain!!! they did ekg, bloodwork, urine, chest xray all came back ok except her white blood cells were slightly elevated. They were convinced it was a infection of some sort or a virus i however am not convinced they gave her antibiotic through Iv and sent her home with antibiotic and pain meds... She also fractured her left wrist approx 4weeks ago in 3 places.... The ortho dr wants to test her calcium phosphorus levels after her cast is off because there was no trauma to her wrist to fracture in 3 places!!! I have done a ton of research i think she has a calcium phosphorus deficiency!!! All the symptoms fit achy stabbing pain in joints and ligaments, irregular periods, loss of appetite, fractures of the bones etc... HELP?????
