What Causes Wrinkly Hands In Short Exposure With Water?

Hi, i get wrinkly hands in short exposure with water (like less than 4 mins). I don t think I m dehydrated because I ve been drinking lots of fluIid but the problem seems to be persistent. Also I noticed my phone gets hot when I m using it. Could this cause my hands to be dehydrated?

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is Xerosis or dry skin. You need to apply emolients at least 3-4 times in a day and once after bath.Avoid excess use of detergents. Mild steroid cream like fluticasone can be used for a short time if you experience any itching. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
