Hi im 24 years old struggling with bulimia. I normally weight about 140 pounds (try to stay at 130) but when I eat one mean I can gain 5 pounds, its crazy. My skin is starting to wrinkle and just now after a binge my heart is pounding (not normal for me). Are these all causes from bulimia? I started as a teenager off and on its now been 4 years straight. Now that im an adult im stuck in this terrifying cycle . In a small town with very little help... I feel hopeless.
