What Causes Worms In The Menstrual Discharge?

Hi I just hve my periods and I saw a worm which around 1 inches in length and was like thread red on Color which passed out of my urine. It was crawling on the bathroom floor as it was alive when it was passed out. I am very scared of this worm and have very little bleeding not as how I get during periods . I want to know what is this and what should I do?

Hello,

I think you are suffering from intestinal parasites and it can be pin worms. Using anti-parasitic drugs such mebentazol orally is necessary. They have passed to your menstrual discharge from anus.
