my son who is an asthmatic keeps getting some kind of blockages or cysts in the back of his throat, in 'holes' to the side of his tongue at the back. they are like little sacs of whitish yellow stuff. what are they and can they be treated. they are irritating when he swallows
Hello. As i understood well probably the whitish yellow stuff you are saying are in the tonsills, they are called Tonsills stone, and doesnt cause pain. You cant do much to treat those, just clean them out with the brush or sticks. The only way to get rid of those is to take out the tonsills.
