What Causes Whiteness At The Tip Of Tongue And Roof Of The Mouth?

I'm 20 years old I have been dipping for about 3 years the first year I was kinda a hardcore dipper then I got married quit for a few weeks and no I dip about 4 times a day for about 15 minutes at a time 2 days ago I notice a white patch on the right side of my Cheeck inside my mout it doesn't hurt or anything I don't know if it's from biting on it because I've been doing that a lot lately when I chew food and my tounge hurts like it has a cut on it or something but I don't see anything it's at the tip of my tounge and the front part of the roof of my mouth it has a light white color to it I don't know if that's normal or not please tell me if this is cancer

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the white patch on the inner cheek can be due to Frictional Keratosis in case if you have a habit of cheek bite in which there is excess production of Keratin ad a protective phenomena..
While the other cause of white patches over the cheek and roof of mouth can be due to Leukoplakia which is a Precancerous lesion..
Burning sensation of tongue seems to be due to Apthous Stomatitis causing due to inflammation of tongue..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation and if needed biopsy of the white patches can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now you should first of all stop dipping as it is very harmful..
You can start taking Multivitamins, anti oxidants like Lycopene and maintain a good Oral hygiene..
Gargle with numbing mouthwash to relieve pain in tongue.
Do cold water gargles..
