What Causes White Wax Like Substance Filled Hole?
I have a hole large enough to stick a safety pin in. Every few weeks it fills with a white head. I squeeze it and a solid like white wax-like substance comes out the length of an eyelash. The skin around it is normal and not discolored. I ve had this for close to 10 years now. Is it of any concern?

that white material is sebum. it's a normal product of sebaceous glands. there is no need to be concerned about it.
