My age is 38 year I am Male. I am Suffering from Diabeties as well as thyrox, I take insulin twice a day. Two years back I notice white small patches on my hand fingures, I consult to Dr. She advice me to drink hot water in morning and regular diet. after this I slowly recovered. After few months again white patch form on my thumb. Please advice me how I recover from this. and what precautions I take. so they can not form next time.
